Teen burglar suspects arrested after a car was stolen in Dudley

Two teenagers have been arrested following a burglary in Dudley where a car was stolen.

West Midlands Police have announced that two teenagers, aged 16 and 17, have been arrested after a car was stolen during a burglary in Dudley.

The incident was reported at around 5am this morning and saw a car taken from an address following a break-in in Victoria Street, Wall Health.

Officers quickly descended onto the area, detaining the two boys off Tiled House Lane within an hour of the car being stolen. 

The pair have been arrested on suspicion of burglary and are currently in custody for questioning. 

A West Midlands Spokesperson said: "We've arrested two teenagers after a car was stolen during a burglary in Dudley today.

"The vehicle was taken during a break-in at an address in Victoria Street, Wall Heath, just after 5am. The pair, aged 16 and 17, have been arrested on suspicion of burglary and are currently in custody for questioning."
