Man and three women from Wolverhampton deny fraudulent tobacco trading at Dudley shop
A man and three women with links to a Sedgley shop have appeared in court charged in relation to the discovery of tens of thousands of illegal cigarettes in Wolverhampton.
Mansoor Herjandjoost, the former proprietor of Sedgley Mini Market, in High Street, Sedgley, on Wednesday (June 4) appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court along with Faranaz Bagherizad, Sogand Herjandjoost and Wafa Ahmed.
All four defendants pleaded not guilty to one count each of fraudulent trading, possessing goods with a false trade mark for sale and possessing criminal property between July 202 and June 2024.
