Parents whose young son allegedly ingested cocaine set for 2027 trial after denying child cruelty charge
The parents of a Sandwell boy who allegedly ingested cocaine have denied causing unnecessary suffering to a child.
The man and woman appeared before Wolverhampton Crown Court yesterday (Tuesday, May 20) and both pleaded not guilty to one count of cruelty or causing unnecessary suffering to a child.
The boy, who was under the age of 16, allegedly ingested cocaine between November 12 and November 14, 2022, in Sandwell.
