Slim Chickens opens new restaurant at Merry Hill shopping centre
Restaurant chain Slim Chickens has officially opened its doors at Merry Hill shopping centre.
The eatery, best known for its signature buttermilk-marinated chicken tenders and side dishes like fried pickles, served its first customers at the Brierley Hill retail venue on May 15.
Spanning across two-storeys, it has opened at the shopping centre's leisure quarter, which features other chain restaurants such as Nandos.

Slim Chickens already has outlets elsewhere in the region including at the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet West Midlands in Cannock and inside Sainsbury's off Raglan Street in Wolverhampton.
Jonathan Poole, centre manager at Merry Hill said: "We’re excited to welcome Slim Chickens to our leisure quarter as we continue to transform our offerings across the centre. This area makes up an exciting part of our transformation and is now the busiest entrance in the centre.

The internationally popular chicken restaurant is sure to be a hit amongst our visitors, especially with the abundance of exciting prizes on offer at its grand opening next month.

“It’s a big year for Merry Hill’s expansion and we’re proud to be broadening our food offering with such a fan-favourite brand, giving visitors even more choice as they enjoy everything the centre has to offer.
"We’re also thrilled to help contribute to the 50 new job opportunities Slim Chickens’ arrival brings."
