Man arrested after assault in centre of Birmingham
A man has been arrested after three people were assaulted in Birmingham.

The man, in his 30s, was arrested on Monday night after an incident in New Street in Birmingham city centre on Saturday in which a number of people were pushed and spat at.
He remains in custody while enquiries continue.
West Midlands Police officers will be making contact with the victims as part of their enquiries.
The investigation continues into Saturday’s assault, and anyone who saw what happened can contact police via 101 or Live Chat quoting crime reference number 20/222244/25.
