Man appears in court accused of breaking into cars in Wolverhampton
A man was appearing in court today accused of breaking into cars in the Bushbury area of Wolverhampton.
Police received an emergency call on Saturday evening (April 12) after a man was spotted acting suspiciously on Silverstone Drive.
Officers quickly attended and detained a man nearby in connection with theft from a motor vehicle.
After further enquiries, Marvin Downie was charged with three counts of vehicle interference and two counts of theft from a motor vehicle.
The 44-year-old, of no fixed address, appeared before Wolverhampton Magistrates Court today (April 14).
