Staffordshire drug dealer charged after cocaine found hidden in sock

A man has been charged with a number of offences after police found a sock full of cocaine inside a car in Tamworth.

Darjo Zeneli, 24, of no fixed address, has been charged with possession with intent to supply cocaine, driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence, and using a motor vehicle without third party insurance.

It comes after officers from Staffordshire Police stopped a car in the area at about 4.40pm on Monday and found the drugs inside.

Zeneli is due to appear at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre on March 18.
