Costa Coffee near Dudley applying for late night premises licence
A popular coffee shop in Kingswinford is applying of permission to open late nights.
Bosses at Kingswinford Costa Coffee Drive Through, in Dudley Road, are applying to Dudley Council for a premises licence to operate late night. The chain offers hot drinks, iced coolers, snacks and sandwiches.
The application is for the provision of late refreshment Monday to Sunday 11pm-5am.
Any representations must be made in writing by April 2 to: Environment, Neighbourhood Services – Licensing, Environment, Dudley Council, Lister Road Depot, Dudley DY2 8JW.
The public notice states: "It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited."
