Wolverhampton XL Bully owner misses court appearance
A Wolverhampton dog owner accused of possessing an XL Bully without a permit has missed her court hearing.
Denise Fleet, aged 38, of of Park Dale East, is facing an offence of having in her possession or custody a banned dog, namely an XL Bully type named Remmie on November 12 last year.
