More than 100 cannabis plants found at Staffordshire property after raiders get away
More than 100 cannabis plants were found at a property in Rugeley after police responded to a bungled break in.
Staffordshire Police officers were called to Main Road, Brereton, at 9.30pm on Friday February 27 after being told three men in balaclavas had forced their way inside a property.
When they arrived, they found the suspects had left the scene but officers searched the property and found a total of 110 cannabis plants across six rooms and in the loft space.
