Father and two children sentenced for horrifying attack with machetes on innocent couple in Stourbridge
A father and his two children have been convicted for a vicious assault with machetes in Stourbridge which left a couple with life changing injuries.
In September 2023 Kelly Oakley, 31, called her father Mark, 59, and brother Kurt, 36 to her home in Spiral Court, Stourbridge, claiming to be attacked by her partner.
However, when the men, Kurt bringing two knives, arrived a brutal assault was unleashed on Kelly's neighbours who had just arrived home to see a commotion in the street.

The female victim was hacked by Kurt with a machete and left to bleed out on the floor whilst Kelly, 31, continued the brutal assault.
The woman's boyfriend was slashed across the face during "the horrifying attack" and spent four days in intensive care due to his other injuries.
The couple were forced to leave their home, were unable to work for over a year afterwards, had to put their dog in care for six months and remain traumatised by the attack.
The female victim said: "I was just left to bleed out on the floor. I lost so much blood I had to have two blood transfusions, my fingers were flapping off, I can never do hairdressing again. I thought I was going to die. It was all because of Kelly's paranoia and she was directing the attack."
