More than 1,100 West Bromwich homes in the dark after power outage
A power cut left more than 1,100 homes in West Bromwich in the dark.
An estimated 1,192 properties were left without power in the B70 postcode area on Thursday (January 16).
The power outage was reported to National Grid just after 2.30pm.
The energy company said its engineers were working to fix the problem, which was later resolved.
National Grid said the outage had been caused by a fault on its high voltage network in the area.
