Murder suspect 'had back seat grandstand view of drive-by killing' in Dudley
The man accused of murdering popular taxi company boss Haroon Zeb in Dudley had "a grandstand" view of the drive-by shooting, a court has heard.
Sikander Ali, 38, of Park Head Road, Netherton, is charged with the January 2021 murder of Zeb, known as H, and possession of a firearm.

The gunman, who was in the passenger seat, and other associates have previously been found guilty of the murder.
The latest trial at Wolverhampton Crown Court, is the fourth concerning the killing.
Prosecuting, James Curtis KC told jurors: "Ali was in the middle of the back seat. He had the perfect view. He knew what was happening. He would not have been there for the ride. Or did not know what was going to happen.
"He was there, helping planning, and urging the gunman to shoot. This is why he is guilty of murder."
