Revealed: Cause of fire which devastated Cannock fulfilment centre
The cause of a blaze which tore through a fulfilment centre in Cannock has been determined by fire investigators.
The Super Smart Service building in Cley Road, Norton Canes, was ravaged by fire on May 9.
Flames were spotted coming from the site at about 6.15am, with all nearby businesses evacuated and residents urged to close their doors and windows.
Crews from three of the region's fire services were called to the scene, where they spent more than 24 hours tackling the flames.
Large plumes of smoke erupted from the building and billowed across the skies for miles, with sightings in Lichfield, Wolverhampton and even further afield.
