It's 'armless - but Halloween prop sparks 999 call

Police from the force covering Shropshire received a 999 alert, that turned out to be completely 'armless.

West Mercia Police officers working in Worcestershire today received a 999 call from a driver, who thought they had seen a human arm on the side of the road.

But on investigation, officers discovered it was just a Halloween prop.
