Funding appeal for Coseley church ransacked in raid
FRONT SECOND PANEL
A crowdfunding appeal has been launched in support of a church which was ransacked by thieves.
Crooks made off with a haul of silver items following the raid at Christ Church in Coseley last month.
An online funding page set up by Emma Farmer has raised more than £750, while MP Pat McFadden has called on people to donate what they can.
Mr McFadden, MP for Wolverhampton South East, said: "All money raised will be used to replace the silverware that was stolen and if enough money is raised then this will be used to invest in a new security system."
