Delays after lorry spills the beans on busy Staffordshire road
Part of a busy main road had to be closed off when a lorry-load of baked beans spilled on to the carriageway.

Staffordshire Police were called to the scene on the A5 Watling Street at 12.40pm this afternoon.
The truck had shed its load of tinned beans which were stacked on palettes after the rear door flung open.
One lane was affected approaching the Longford Island.
Police and highways officers cleared the road by 1.30pm.
