Pedestrian killed after struck by van in Staffordshire named as 21-year-old man

A pedestrian killed after being struck by a van near Lichfield has been named by police.

Published Feb 17, 2015

Joshua Owen was confirmed dead at the scene following the accident in Lichfield Road, Whittington at around 5am on Monday.

The 21 year old was from Caledonian in Tamworth. Police continue to investigate the accident.
