A former school swimming pool in Heath Hayes will be demolished under plans lodged.

Fiveways Primary School in Langholm Drive wants to knock down the pool, which was built in 1954.
The £250,000 project would see the pool replaced with an outdoor play area.
In a planning document to Staffordshire County Council, the school says it has identified the funding for the scheme.
The swimming pool was closed three years ago due to its poor condition and operating costs.
The demolition will not impact surrounding residential properties, the school claims.
The council will make a decision on the planning application in the coming weeks.
