Delays in Tipton after man spotted sitting on ledge of bridge
All roads in Tipton have reopened after closures earlier this afternoon after a man was spotted sat on the ledge of a bridge above the A461 Dudley Port.

West Midlands Police issued the warning to drivers and pedestrians at around 3.45pm this afternoon.
The man has been safely removed from the bridge, but delays remain.
