House badly damaged in Walsall fire

A house was badly damaged following a fire in Bloxwich this morning.

Firefighters were called to Hawbush Road, Leamore, at just after 7am after a blaze on the ground floor.

Paramedics were called and two elderly people were treated for smoke inhalation.
