Three men on trial after teenager burned in 'doorstep chemical attack'
A jury has been sworn in to hear the case of three men accused of attacking a teenager who was left with severe burns.

Mohammed Rafiq, aged 80, of Cheshire Road, Smethwick, Steven Holmes, 25, of Allen Close, Smethwick and Shannon Heaps, 22, of Queens Avenue, Tividale, appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court yesterday.
All three are charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent on Vikki Horsman on April 15 this year. Rafiq is also accused of perverting the course of justice. The men deny the charges.
The jury was sworn in yesterday, but the trial was adjourned after Rafiq was taken ill.
It is alleged she suffered chemical burns during the incident.
