Concerns growing over missing Stafford man

Concerns are growing for a man who has gone missing from his home in Staffordshire.

Daniel Jones had been living at an address in Lovatt Street, Stafford, and was last seen on May 26 at 3.20am.

He is believed to be in the Stafford or Stoke-on-Trent area.

The 23-year-old is white, 5ft 5in tall, with a medium build, blue eyes and short, brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a dark blue woollen peaked cap, dark-coloured t-shirt, grey fleece hooded tracksuit top and bottoms and old white Timberland boots.

He was also carrying a large, green-coloured rucksack.

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: "We consider Daniel to be vulnerable and we are concerned for his welfare.

"Extensive searches are under way to locate him and we would ask that anyone who has seen him, or had any contact, to get in touch.

"It is believed Daniel is still in the Stafford area or in Stoke-on-Trent."
