This suspect was being sought by West Midlands Police today over an alleged attempt to defraud the Treasury.
Andrew Smith, aged 43, was last known to be living in Oakridge Drive, Willenhall. Officers believe he continues to live somewhere in Walsall, Wolverhampton or Birmingham.
The alleged offence happened last year.
Dc Rob Gough, from the Economic Crime Unit, said: "We have been trying to trace Smith to speak to him about this offence but to date he has not been found.
"We would ask anyone who has seen him, or has any information about where he might be, to come forward and contact us as soon as possible."
