Woman hit by car in Cannock
A pedestrian was to be taken to hospital after she was hit by a car in Cannock.

The accident happened on the Old Hednesford Road at the junction with Common Lane.
The crash, which saw a red Rover collide with the woman, happened at around 2.30pm yesterday.
Police and ambulance crews attended and the woman was taken to Stafford Hospital as a precaution.
