Carl Cope, aged 47, of Parker Street, Bloxwich, collapsed outside the hospital last year.

Tests showed he died of a heart attack.

Four ambulance staff and a hospital worker were arrested on suspicion of manslaughter by gross negligence and misconduct but police have cancelled their bail as a result of insufficient evidence regarding the manslaughter.
