Crash causes rush-hour delays on busy route in Brierley Hill
A major route was closed after a two-car smash tonight, causing traffic chaos for commuters and shoppers.

No one was injured in the crash on the A4036 Merry Hill at 5.25pm, which closed the dual carriageway at its junction with the A4100 Mount Pleasant in Brierley Hill when debris was strewn across the road.
Dudley Council was called to the scene to remove a central reservation barrier that was damaged, as well as the debris and oil from the road.
The route was reopened at 6.05pm, but there was heavy traffic caused in the area following the closure.
