Woman in Halesowen Asda car park suicide threat is rescued

Firefighters rescued a woman who had threatened to jump from a multi-storey car park in Halesowen.

Fire crews and police were called to help the woman at the Asda car park in Queensway just after 9pm yesterday.

She had climbed onto the outside wall of the fourth storey.

Firefighters used a platform to reach her at 10pm.

Police shut Queensway until 10.30pm.
