Wolverhampton carpet and bed shop future safeguarded
A carpet and bed showroom on a Wolverhampton retail park is to stay open, safeguarding 11 jobs.

United Carpets and Beds is the only shop open at the Peel Centre retail park on Stafford Street, following the collapse of Focus DIY and a fire which wrecked a furniture warehouse in 2011.
JJB sports is also empty.
The carpet store had been having a closing down sale since last summer but bosses said they had now agreed new terms with landlords to stay on for the foreseeable future.
