Heating fault closes St John's Primary School in Wednesbury

Pupils were told to stay at home today after a electrical fault led to their school heating system going down.

Power at St John's Primary in Addison Terrace, Wednesbury was lost just after noon yesterday.

Pupils were sent home while engineers were called into fix the problem.

The electricity had been restored by today but the school was still without heating.

Parents were told by text.
