Van crash shuts Great Barr road

A van lost control on a major route in Great Barr, hitting a lamppost, sign and wall before coming to rest in the middle of the road.

Two out of three lanes had to be closed after the Ford van crashed in Queslett Road last night.

Two people in their early 30s suffered cuts and bruises and went to hospital for a check up. Police are investigating.
