Hundreds rush to see TV star Steve Backshall
Hundreds of youngsters turned out to meet adventurer and TV presenter Steve Backshall at Merry Hill shopping centre.

The Deadly 60 presenter was at WH Smith in the Brierley Hill centre to promote a different kind of challenge – writing two books, Deadly Diaries and Tiger Wars.
Teacher Pete Jones, 47, of Brierley Hill, took along his nine-year-old daughter Isabelle to meet Mr Backshall.
"My daughter is a big fan of his show Deadly 60. I teach at Dawley Brook Primary School and we use it there to teach the children about different animals. "It was fantastic to meet him and talk to him," he said.
