Bid to introduce smaller bins in Cannock is rejected
A move to smaller rubbish bins in Cannock Chase was today ruled out after it emerged replacing containers across the district would cost £500,000.

It comes after Stafford Borough Council revealed plans to deliver new 180-litre 'baby bins' to residents whose current 240-litre versions are lost or damaged. But Cannock council leader George Adamson said savings from introducing smaller bins would be negligible.
