Tributes paid to fatal flat fire victim
Tributes were today paid to the victim of a fatal flat fire in Willenhall – as detectives were granted extra time to question a 20-year-old on suspicion of arson.

Neighbours described Victor Moore as a pleasant and hardworking man.
Mr Moore, said to be around 62, died when fire tore though a block of maisonettes in Southey Close early yesterday. It is believed the blaze spread from a wheelie bin.
A 20-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life. Last night, police were granted a 12-hour time extension to question him.
Neighbour Brian Ball, aged 63, said he had known Mr Moore for most of his life. "He was so placid, he never caused anybody any harm," said Mr Ball.
