Funeral of Midlands jazz legend Andy Hamilton

The funeral of acclaimed West Midland jazz legend Andy Hamilton was being held today.

The saxophonist, who founded the Bearwood Corks Club, died on June 3 aged 94.

Mr Hamilton received an MBE for services to music.

His funeral was taking place at Birmingham Christian Centre, before a celebration of his life being held at Symphony Hall in Birmingham.
