Driver in crash is cut free from car

A driver was cut free from a car today after a head-on crash in the Black Country.

The man, in his 20s, was driving a Citroen hatchback that crashed into a people carrier in Powke Lane, Rowley Regis at 2.20am. He had suspected spinal injuries.
