Teenager hurt in car collision

A teenager was knocked down by a car in Halesowen today.

The 13-year-old girl was struck by the vehicle in New Road, near the roundabout, at around 8.20am.

She suffered a knee injury and was taken to Rowley Regis Hospital for further treatment.

Tailbacks formed along New Road while emergency services were at the scene helping the girl.
