The bizarre creation has become a best seller at the Hollybush centre, with people buying them as a joke for their neighbours.
Shareshill centre's manager Steve Hallett says the figures, which cost £12.99, are disappearing from shelves at a rate of around five a week.
He said: "We position them away from the other gnomes, at the back of the display, but they sell really well.
"A lot of people buy them for their neighbours as a bit of friendly banter. At the end of the day they are just a bit of fun."
The 2011 film Gnomeo and Juliet has been credited with reversing a decline in the sale of garden gnomes, with sales doubling in the last year. The novelty gnomes with the knives in their back are designed to lie face down in the garden.
