The West Midland man accused of hacking into the website of Britain's biggest abortion provider was appearing in court today.
James Jeffery, aged 27, from Wednesbury, was arrested in a police swoop during the early hours of yesterday after the British Pregnancy Advisory Service was targeted.
Jeffery, of Castle Street, stands charged with two offences under the Computer Misuse Act.
He was appearing at Westminster Magistrates' Court today.
