Lorry crashes into Lichfield city bridge

A Lichfield road was closed for around five hours when a lorry hit a bridge.

A Lichfield road was closed for around five hours when a lorry hit a bridge.

The A5127 Birmingham Road was closed after the crash at 12.30pm, hitting traffic between the A461 The Friary junction and the city centre.

The driver did not need hospital treatment.
