A haul of about 30 cannabis plants have been found growing in a house on a new estate.
Acting on a tip-off, police armed with a search warrant called at the property in Stamping Way, Bloxwich, shortly before 8am yesterday.
They discovered the fully grown plants and a hydroponic growing system in an upstairs bedroom.
A makeshift power plant was found in a second bedroom at the townhouse to supply the operation at the property, off Bell Lane. The plants have an estimated street value of £7,000.
