Fire crews are tackling a huge blaze at the former home of a historic saddle-maker in Walsall.
More than 60 firefighters were called to the old Jabez Cliff and Co site in Lower Forster Street at about 2.20pm today.
Nearby buildings have been evacuated and a refuge centre has been set up at Bloxwich Leisure Centre.
Road closures have been put in place in the surrounding area including at Lichfield Street, Broadway North and Stafford Street.
