Jeremy Butterworth started stainless steel fabrications business First Impressions in Union Street, Bridgtown last autumn.
He also runs JN Architectural in Heath Hayes which fits the steel products First Impressions manufacture.
Both businesses employ three people but Mr Butterworth said that he hoped to take on more as they grew.
First Impressions has already produced stainless steel balustrades for Covent Garden in London and done work on a new house being built for a multi-millionaire.
The company is currently completing a hi-tech balustrade and glass bridge for a new sixth form college in Telford, and also has a growing list of McDonald's restaurants that use its stainless steel polishing service.
