Charity story Newlife to open Cannock homeware store

Charity store Newlife is to open a new homeware store in Staffordshire next weekend, creating 24 jobs.

The company is launching the venture just 200 yards from its existing site in Hemlock Way, Cannock.

The superstore recycles and sells unwanted clothes from more than 400 retailers, attracting shoppers from all over the Midlands.

Housed in the former Maymies nightclub, the new store will be open seven days a week.
