Actor has sights on major movie role
At the age of 34 and with his muscles sculpted in a quiet Cannock gym, actor Scott Adkins has already fulfilled so many of his lifelong dreams.
At the age of 34 and with his muscles sculpted in a quiet Cannock gym, actor Scott Adkins has already fulfilled so many of his lifelong dreams.
He has grappled on-screen with Jackie Chan, starred in a host of British soap operas, and acted alongside Hollywood A-Listers Hugh Jackman and Matt Damon.
But Adkins, born in Sutton Coldfield, has his sights set on even more - his goal is to play more leading action roles and become a major star on the big screen.
Scott trained as an actor at a drama school in London before heading to Hong Kong to feature in mixed martial arts films, combining a burgeoning hobby with his ambition to act.In stints back to the UK he landed roles in EastEnders, drama Mile High and later Holby City.
His break into movies followed briskly in small feature roles in the Bourne Ultimatum and X-Men Wolverine.
