Fumes alert at The Public

Six people were taken to hospital as a after a chemical alert at Black Country arts centre The Public led to the building being evacuated this afternoon.

Fire crews, ambulances and police were called to the centre in West Bromwich at 1.15pm following reports of a chemical reaction.
