Man dies after collision

A man has died after being hit by a vehicle near Pelsall.

An ambulance crew was called to the scene in Norton Road yesterday afternoon.

The man had very serious injuries and was taken to Walsall Manor Hospital for treatment.

He was confirmed dead shortly after arriving at hospital. The driver of the vehicle was not injured according to West Midlands Ambulance Service.
