A man will appear in court today charged with manslaughter after a 34-year-old died from a head injury he suffered in a pub.

A man will appear in court today charged with manslaughter after a 34-year-old died from a head injury he suffered in a pub.
Mark Sandham died in hospital on Saturday night after being found unconscious at the Ox Leathers in Cape Avenue, Stafford, in the early hours.
Aaron Smirthwaite, also 34, of Conifer Grove, Stafford, was charged with his manslaughter and will appear before magistrates in Cannock today.
