A father-of-three has been found dead underneath a disused railway bridge in Willenhall.
A father-of-three has been found dead underneath a disused railway bridge in Willenhall.
Chad Perks was discovered in Stafford Street and despite efforts to resuscitate him, was confirmed dead at Walsall Manor Hospital.
Paramedics were called to what is now a footpath at 3.50pm yesterday and alerted police who are treating the death as unexplained.
A post mortem was due to be carried out on the 28-year-old today but the circumstances surrounding his death are not believed to be suspicious.
Family members have spoken of their shock at the death of Mr Perks, of Thickett Close, Alumwell, who was originally from Willenhall.
Aunt Josie Donnelly, aged 54, said: "He was kind and would always help others.
"He was much-loved and will be missed by many."
