West Midlands Police discovered a 30-year-old woman from the US was broadcasting the live sexual assault after arresting the 18-year-old in Walsall on Thursday.
A woman has been arrested.
An investigation was launched after Humberside Police alerted them to a teenager, who, it is alleged used the internet to show inappropriate material of children.
The 18-year-old has now been charged with possession and distribution of abusive images of children. He was in custody today.
